World Wise Grains offers a fantastic product called Arzu that is wonderful for Celiac patients and/or anyone following a gluten-free diet. It is a great source of complex carbohydrates, protein and fiber and has many versatile uses."

If you’re looking for a gluten-free, heart-healthy and diabetic friendly cereal, I highly recommend the cereal blend created by Kim and Kristen called Arzu. It is loaded with wheat-free complex carbohydrates fiber (6 g per serving) and to keep your energy up all morning, it also contains a good amount of proteins from grains and legumes (8 g per serving).

I was recently told I have an allergy to wheat and for a French guy, that’s not good news. I am very happy to have found Arzu to improve my diet variety. It can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as for snacks, dips and cookies. I love it as a hot cereal in the morning; my favorite way is to eat it with added pecan pieces, dried cranberries and a drizzle of local honey. I also like the Southwest Arzu as an easy side dish for my evening meals. And let’s not forget those tasty Arzu peanut butter crisps. They are to kill for… oops! I meant to die for. There are tons of ways to prepare Arzu and Kim is adding more and more recipes to their web site: www.tryarzu.com.

If you are allergic to gluten, want to lower your cholesterol or control your blood sugar levels, I highly recommend Arzu. In other words: Arzu is it!

I was a professional and attendee at the CSA (Celiac Spure Association) conference in Erie Pa.   I tried your samples as an alternative to corn mush, millet, or Quinoa for a hot

cereal and I really like it. Don't have to dump in extra fiber or protein just some cinnamon and raisins.  :)
