I love the way I feel when I eat right and exercise. Arzu helps me in the eating right endeavor. I grew up in Gentilly Terrace in New Orleans, between the river and the lake.

I have a degree in French and Journalism from LSU in Baton Rouge (1991 – yikes!)

I am proud of my career in sales in the wireless telecommunications industry, BUT my absolute best job was teaching English to Turkish elementary students in Istanbul, Turkey! I married the love of my life in a chateau in France, and we have two wonderful sons. I believe travel broadens the mind and creates a more peaceful world.

I am passionate about the possibilities of good nutrition and better health for all people.
